We cover a large range of Techniques and there are no set projects, so you can work on a project of your choosing.

Needlework Web Classes
As from 2012 we will be teaching some of our projects as web classes.  Below is a proposed time table, if you are interested in learning one of our projects and it does not appear below please contact us and we may be able to include it.
How does a Web Class Work You will be asked to join a Yahoo Group, this is were you will be able to download your instructions in a PDF format, all instructions are detailed, with lots of step by step diagrams and photos.  There will be a chat room for the students, because not all students are logged on at one time, this works more as a message board and the Tutor will check the board once a day and answer all your questions.  You will also be able to upload photos of your work as you progress for the Tutor and other students to see. Classes will run for 8 weeks with new instructions uploaded at 2 weekly intervals, this allows for students to work at their own pace and not feel rushed. The Tuition fee for all classes is $50.00Aust, all kits are extra, prices for kits do not include postage which will vary depending on destination, see under ORDERS for approximate costs or email us. Payments are via PayPal, and for Australia only Visa or Master cards or Direct deposit to our account, please do NOT send card details via email, send us your phone number and we will contact you.   Requirements are listed with the description of the individual class, I have shown a price for a kit for the class and what is included, or you can buy individual items as needed.

Class list
	Intro to Myreska - start date 6th February 2012 Myreska is a Ukrainian style of withdrawn thread work, usually worked tone on tone, traditionally used for blouses and towels. The threads that form the pattern are couched down and where the bundles of threads meet the holes create the pattern, or in more open designs the couched bundles create the pattern. Finished size on 25 count fabric is 25.5cm (10in)
Requirements Piece of 25 count Lugano or Linen at least 35cm square, if you use another count your piece will be larger or smaller. DMC Perle 8 to match your fabric, if using another count cotton to suit. 2 shades of stranded cotton for the flower, I have used Primke hand dyed stranded cotton. Tapestry needle size 24 Small embroidery scissors Beige or Cream machine thread for tacking
Optional Kit containing - Fabric, perle cotton and over dyed threads is available for $13.50Aust.  Kit available in colour as shown or Pale pink hand dyed lugano or White.
	Needle point box lid - Sea Side Garden    start date 6th February 2012 Worked on 18 count mono canvas, this design uses a variety of stitches and threads in tones of Aqua and Blue.  The stitches are easy enough for a beginner to master but the design is interesting enough for an advance stitcher. Finished design measures 10.5cm (4 1/4in) square.

	Counted Stitch sampler Hussif - start date 23rd April 2012 While this is a counted piece, the stitches are usually used for surface stitch techniques.  Which makes it ideal for people who are just starting out in stitching or have never thought of using surface stitches in this way. Finished Hussif measures 9 x 20 cm when closed and 20 x 28 cm when open, you could also frame it as a sampler.

	Oriental Wisteria worked in Casualguidi   start date 23rd April 2012 While traditionally Casualguidi is worked white on white, I think this coloured modern design still captures the essence of the style.  Using a 4 sided stitch background the Wisteria is worked with continues wrapped bars for the trunk and needle lace for the flower and leaves. The background fabric is 28 count linen while the leaves and flower are worked in over dyed perle 8 cotton. Design size is 12cm square
