Butterfly metallic thread is a single strand metallic that is slightly thicker than 1 strand of cotton floss. It does not shred a lot and can be used to stitch with or couched. |

Needlepaints |

Needlepaints are a hand dyed thread which comes from American. It is mainly used in some of the Lavender and Lace charts and is commission dyed for them. Our wholsesaler no longer imports these threads I have attached a conversion. |

Paternayan Persian Yarn (Paterna) |

Paternayan is an easily divisible 3 ply persian yarn which is manufactured in America, it comes in 400 shades. It was previously made in the UK under license and know as Paterna Yarn, but the colours are the same with variations in some dye lots. |
